answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/10/2016 answer text <p>Government policy is that cycle helmets offer a degree of protection for cyclists in the event of a fall from a bicycle and some types of collisions. The Combined Authority has already reduced the cost of tolls to fast tag users and will consider its strategic approach further, to inform the forthcoming report on its Review of tolls. The Department does produce statistics every 2 years on the number of taxi licences issued.
