<p>In November 2020, the Rt. Hon. Anne Marie Trevelyan was appointed by the Prime Minister as the UK's International Champion on Adaptation and Resilience for the COP26 Presidency. In this role she is actively promoting work on adaptation and building resilience, which includes activities to avert, minimise and address loss and damage.</p>
