This includes any specific details regarding the make and model of security systems, which are withheld on national security grounds.</p><p> </p><p>Each Department is responsible for their own procurement decisions.</p><p> </p><p>However, I would refer the Hon. answer text <p>Northern Ireland departments completed indicative assessments with regard to the Section 75 statutory equality duty under the Northern Ireland Act 1998 as part of the 2022-23 budget setting process which informed the budget allocations placed on a statutory footing through the Northern Ireland Budget Act 2023.</p><p> </p><p>It was the responsibility of the Northern Ireland departments to consider what further equality impact assessments were required in accordance with the statutory equality duty under the Northern Ireland Act 1998 on the spending decisions which were needed to live within their final budget allocations.</p> more like this
