answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/10/2014 answer text <p>The Department uses a broad range of Management Information to monitor processing of benefit claims including, for example, the percentage of claims processed within defined timescales and the average time for claims to be processed, with different metrics being used for different benefits.
