Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has meetings with many health leaders and other key stakeholders on a regular basis.</p><p> </p><p>All clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) rated as inadequate in the annual performance assessment of CCGs are placed in NHS England’s special measures regime.
