answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/11/2017 answer text <p>The EU Regulation (1211/2009) establishing the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) is currently subject to review as part of the recast of the EU Regulatory Framework for Communications. We are seeking a deep and special future partnership with the European Union. The UK’s relationship with the European Union’s agencies and bodies upon exit will be evaluated on this basis. However, as announced on 27 April, the implementation of the clause has been paused pending a review of the representations made and we will take a decision on the form of the clause following this review.
