answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/06/2017 answer text <p>When a Universal Service Provider (USP) of public call boxes in the street - BT or, in the Kingston upon Hull area, KCom - wishes to remove one, the provider must inform the appropriate local authority, which then must consult with local people.
