answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/10/2017 answer text <p>In 2016, renewables share of total generation was nearly 25% of UK electricity generation, and we are on track to meet our ambition of delivering 30% of the UK’s electricity from renewables in 2020-21. Recent steps to continue this progress include the latest Contracts for Difference round in which we secured a further 3.3GW of renewable electricity, enough to power 3.6 million homes.</p><p>Just last week I was pleased to announce that up to £557 million will be made available for less established renewable electricity projects as part of the government’s Clean Growth Strategy, to drive economic growth and clean up the energy system. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/06/2017 answer text <p>Solar PV is a UK success story, with rapid deployment over the last 7 years, over 99% of the UK’s solar PV capacity has been deployed since May 2010.</p><p>We are exceeding our historic projections on solar deployment. In 2013 we estimated that solar capacity would reach 10-12GW by 2020. We now expect Government support to bring forward around 13 GW by 2020. Support for solar comes directly from people's bills, so when costs come down, so should support. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/10/2015 answer text <p>Under present legislation, the register of deaths in England and Wales contains details of all deaths which have taken place there, regardless of whether the deceased was a UK resident. Similar arrangements are in place in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Civil registration is a devolved matter.</p><p>In England and Wales, information from the register of deaths is made available in the form of a certificate, on payment of the appropriate fee.
