I recognise the US government's desire to strike the right balance between cultural exchange, creative exports and security. I hope together we can pursue practical improvements to the visa system which enable British talent to flourish in the US and around the world</p><p><br> ​Between 2012 and 2016, the Government invested £460 million in a range of music and cultural education programmes. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/06/2016 answer text <p>The Honourable member will be pleased to hear that 98% of premises in her constituency will have access to superfast broadband by Spring 2017.</p><p> </p><p>Current estimates suggest that almost 95% of premises in the Bolton South East constituency are subject to commercial rollout, and based on DCMS modelled estimates and current delivery plans, a further 3% of premises will have access to superfast broadband by Spring 2017, thanks to the Government's rollout. Early gainshare funding that BT will return in response to the high levels of take-up being achieved, could help extend coverage further. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/06/2016 answer text <p>The use of a person's identity to authorise or verify an online account would constitute personal data if, as defined by the Data Protection Act (DPA), the data relates to a living individual who can be identified from those data, or from those data and other information that is in the possession of, or is likely to come into the possession of, the data controller. The definition of personal data also includes any expression of opinion about the individual and any indication of the intentions of the data controller or any other person in respect of that individual.</p><p> </p><p>Organisations that use online accounts are responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate procedures and systems so that personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the DPA and other relevant legislation and guidance.</p><p> </p><p>The Information Commissioner’s Office, who is the independent regulatory body responsible for enforcing the DPA in the UK, has produced guidance for the general public, private and public sector organisations on such matters.
