answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/09/2015 answer text <p>During the last Parliament the Government launched the Theatre Tax Relief, which supports the theatre sector right across the country, helping to promote economic growth and widening opportunities for people to participate in the arts. The relief also extends the reach of touring organisations so that the whole country can enjoy different productions.</p><p> </p><p>Through the UK Government's public investment in the arts - which is distributed by Arts Council England - we support many regional and local theatres. Many theatres are Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisations, which receive regular funding to support their work and productions. Other theatre organisations also receive National Lottery funding to support productions through the Grants for the Arts programme.</p><p> </p><p>The Arts Council also operates capital programmes of varying size that seek to help organisations become resilient, more sustainable and innovative by improving their existing buildings and equipment and increasing their capacity to engage with digital audiences. Some MNOs provide wholesale access to their networks to other mobile services providers called Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), such as Asda and TalkTalk. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/09/2015 answer text <p>While there are no sector–specific rules determining which telephone numbers communication providers offer to customers for reporting broken services, in practice many providers already offer no-cost routes for reporting line faults. These include 151 and Freephone (0800) numbers. Following recent Ofcom changes, 0800 freephone numbers are now free to call from mobiles as well as from fixed lines.</p><p> </p><p>On the issue of elderly and vulnerable people, Ofcom requires providers to allow disabled customers who are dependent on the telephone to have access to priority fault repair services. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2015 answer text <p>The licences that Ofcom issued for the roll-out of 4G mobile broadband services in the 800 MHz band required the licencees - EE, O2, Three and Vodafone - to establish a joint company to deliver assistance to all consumers affected by interference caused by 4G who rely on Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) for their primary viewing service. This company is at800.</p><p> </p><p>at800 is overseen by the 4G/TV Co-Existence Oversight Board. The Board reports to Government and Ofcom. Membership of the Board includes representatives of the broadcasting industry and Mobile Network Operators, as well as independent consumers and technical experts.</p><p> </p><p>Ofcom estimated that 2.3 million households, of which 900,000 rely on DTT for primary viewing, could potentially experience interference. The current monetary value of a work of art can be accurately assessed only at the time of purchase or sale or by professional valuation.
