</p><p>Arts Council England funding supports a number of arts organisations in Romford
such as the Young Droots Theatre, a deaf led theatre company, that was established
in April 2007 to work with Deaf and mainstream groups throughout the UK (which received
£38,647 between 2011/12-2014/15), London Borough of Havering (Havering Music School
MEH), a specialist music service for the London Borough of Havering which provides
instrumental lessons at Saturday and Weekday Music Centres for children of any age
or standard (which received £777,977 between 2011/12-2014/15) and BiggaFish, a not-for-profit
events organisation which provides a performance platform for young creatives and
training in events and marketing management for 14 to 21 year olds (which received
