<p>A list of invited guests to the reception to mark the renaming of the Second Severn
Crossing can be seen in the enclosed table. In addition to this, Media representatives
were invited by Clarence House via the Royal rota and attended the reception.</p><p>
</p><p>The costs that have been incurred to date as a result of renaming the Second
Severn Crossing are detailed below. These costs reflect standard street furniture
costs. All costs will be met by Highways England. These are one-off costs and no significant
