<p>Additional entrants to higher education in 2014-15 are funded on the same basis as other students. A summary of the average unit costs for students on the 2012 funding arrangements can be found in the Fiscal Sustainability Report published by the Office for Budget Responsibility in July 2014 (Table B.1, page 170).</p><p> </p>
