<p>Those eligible for the Ukraine family scheme should ensure they obtain the correct permission to come to the UK. Those eligible for the scheme who hold a valid Ukrainian Passport no longer need to go to a Visa Application Centre and can apply online, they will be able to give their biometrics once they have arrived in the UK.</p><p>Carriers’ liability legislation will apply as normal and guidance for carriers on discharging their obligations will be updated as necessary.</p>
