answer text <p>We are committed to ensuring our operational teams have the resources they need to run an efficient and effective system, and we actively monitor workflows to ensure sufficient resources are in place to meet demand, including from pressures relating to the situations in Afghanistan and Ukraine.</p><p>The Home Office, alongside the commercial provider operating our Visa Application Centres have surged staff across Europe to meet demand, so we can offer over 13,000 appointments to visa applicants. UKVI staff in the UK are working seven days a week to process applications, with personnel drawn from across its operations as needed.</p> more like this

answer text <p>If someone is unable to make an online application to come to the UK under the Ukraine Family Scheme, their sponsor can submit the application on their behalf through the GOV.UK webpage. If an applicant requires further support uploading their documents as part of the application process, they can book an appointment at a Visa Application Centre to have their documents scanned and linked to their application.</p><p>The online application process for the Ukraine Family Scheme is currently only available in English, but guidance in Ukrainian is being made available.</p><p>Further information on the Ukraine Family Scheme can be found on the GOV.UK webpage: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-a-ukraine-family-scheme-visa" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-a-ukraine-family-scheme-visa</a></p> more like this
