<p>As I stated in my previous response, we are giving careful consideration to the potential advantages and disadvantages of the application of the national data opt-out to the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey beyond 2018/19. A decision regarding the application of the national data opt-out to this survey and the Care Quality Commission National Patient Survey will be communicated shortly.</p>
