answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/06/2015 answer text <p>The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) operates on a full cost-recovery basis and is expected to make neither a surplus nor a loss. The DBS provides funding to local police forces to process disclosure applications that require local police intelligence checks. Our new counter-extremism strategy will create a new partnership to protect people from extremism in all its forms: non-violent and violent, neo-Nazi and Islamist.
