Hon. Friend the Prime Minister’s Ten Point Plan. The 2030 figure is based on the expected additional work required by 2030 in order to align with our plans for buildings to improve their energy efficiency and align with our Carbon Budgets.</p><p> </p><p>The 80,000 jobs supported by the Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme relates to the £1.5 billion funding allocated for 2020/21. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/12/2020 answer text <p>The Green Homes Grant Voucher scheme is open to applications from landlords to install energy efficiency and clean heat measures in their rented properties. To be eligible for the scheme, private rented properties in scope of the Domestic Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) Regulations must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating E or above, or hold a valid exemption. As of 07 December, 11.7% of all applications received for the Voucher scheme have been from landlords.</p><p> </p><p>The £500 million Local Authority Delivery (LAD) element of the scheme will be delivered via Local Authorities and Local Energy Hubs, who have a comprehensive understanding of their local communities and as part of delivery of the scheme are undertaking extensive property assessments and householder engagement work. Together, they will identify eligible low energy efficiency properties (rated EPC D or below) and low-income households including those living in the worst quality off-gas grid homes. Under LAD, Local Authorities may upgrade their own housing stock as landlords or leaseholders and that of Social Housing providers they are partnering with, and also fund improvements to privately owned rental properties.</p><p> </p><p>Furthermore, the Department is currently consulting on raising the minimum energy efficiency standards for privately rented homes in England and Wales to EPC band C. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/12/2020 answer text <p>The following information relating to the tenure type of the property is collected through the application process of the Green Homes Grant (GHG) Voucher Scheme.</p><p> </p><p>Property owner:</p><ul><li>Owner-occupier</li><li>Landlord</li></ul><p> </p><p>If the property is owned by a landlord, the following information is also collected:</p><ul><li>Individual (whether sole or in a group)</li><li>Trustee</li><li>Corporate entity (including company, LLP, CIC, Corporation sole)</li><li>Overseas companies</li><li>Charities</li></ul><p> </p><p>As part of the application process for the Voucher Scheme, we do not ask landlords to declare if they let their property to private residential or social tenants. Therefore we are unable to provide information on the tenure types of landlord-let properties.</p><p> </p><p>Similarly, for the Local Authority Delivery (LAD) element of the GHG, applications for funding under Phase 1 of the scheme do not require local authorities to submit specific details on the types of properties they plan to upgrade.
