The department publishes distributional analysis of the impacts of decisions on tax, welfare, and spending on public services at each fiscal event, and has done so since 2010.</p><p> </p><p>The government has set out that it is committed to tackling the root causes of poverty, including education and worklessness. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/10/2018 answer text <p>Overall Fire and Rescue Authorities (FRAs) will receive around £2.3 billion in 2018/19. Single purpose FRAs will see an increase in core spending power of 1.2% in cash terms in 2018/19 and an overall increase of 0.3% from 2015/16 to 2019/20.</p><p>Financial reserves held by single purpose FRAs increased by 80% to £545 million between 31 March 2011 and 31 March 2018.
