cost for the scheme in the 2014 to 2015 academic year is £30.79 million.</p><p>The
scheme is demand-led. The fall in cost between 2012/13 and 2013/14 is due to falling
demand caused by significant decline in the 16-19 cohort.</p><p> </p>
