answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/03/2018 answer text <p>The Scottish Government will receive the equivalent spend by Network Rail in Scotland in Control Period 5, plus a population share of the equivalent change in spend in England and Wales between Control Period 5 and Control Period 6. The Scottish Government will also receive usual Barnett consequentials on any additional enhancements committed for England and Wales in due course at future fiscal events.
