<p>The Secretary of State discussed the Ofsted Rainsbrook inspection with Sir Martin Narey and fully supported his proposed visit to the Secure Training Centre. The Secretary of State discussed his assessment of the Centre when he visited Rainsbrook on 10 July.</p>
