answer text <p>All staff who have contact with prisoners are required to undertake training in suicide and self-harm prevention. This includes key workers, who are uniformed prison officers. The training comprises six modules, one of which focuses on mental health awareness.</p><p> </p><p>At the time of the previous answers, more than 24,000 staff had undertaken at least one module of the training, and of those more than 14,000 had undertaken all six, including the mental health awareness element.</p> more like this
