answer text <p>My Department publishes quarterly statistics on statutory homelessness and homelessness prevention and relief in England and an annual rough sleeping count. These are published at a local authority level. answer text <p>No landlords that own properties in Wolverhampton North East are on the database of rogue landlord and property agents which records landlords and agents who have received banning orders.</p><p>Banning orders are for the most prolific and serious offenders and were introduced on 6 April 2018. An offence must have been committed on or after that date, and a conviction subsequently secured, before a local authority can apply to the courts for a banning order.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Homeless Link is commissioned by MHCLG to conduct an annual review of hostel bed spaces: in 2017 Homelessness Link reported that there were 35,727 bed spaces. We expect the next review will be released in March 2019. This review has been performed annually since 2008 and the data is publically available.
