Purchases questioned were made using the Department’s Electronic Purchasing Card Solution (ePCS), which is our preferred method for low value expenditure. The requested items were purchased for: <ol><li>Training for 40 staff on how to challenge unacceptable behaviour, with the aim of improving gender equality.</li><li>Training for new team members on how to draft high quality responses to public and ministerial correspondence.</li></ol>
