answer text <p>The Government takes its environmental responsibilities seriously and remains committed to meeting our climate change and wider environmental targets, including our commitment to net zero by 2050, and our intermediate carbon budgets.</p><p> </p><p>The Government will publish a landmark National Infrastructure Strategy in the Autumn which will set out plans for a once in a generation transformation of the UK’s economic infrastructure to help level up the United Kingdom and decarbonise our economy.</p><p> </p><p>The Green Book requires that environmental impacts, including on the legal Net Zero obligation, are considered in all government investment decisions.</p> more like this
