To provide you with this would require us to gather information from the personnel file of each staff member and the cost of doing this would be disproportionate and exceed the appropriate limit. The Foreign and Commonwelath Office (FCO) provides guidance to Heads of Mission on assessing the suitability of potential sponsors for events. Our missions must act with integrity, honesty, objectivity and impartiality and consider value for money.
