The Scottish Government and the Northern Ireland Executive are responsible for the design and funding of police pensions, including provisions for widows and widowers, in those parts of the United Kingdom. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/05/2019 answer text <p>The Government is committed to upholding international law and holding those who commit the most serious crimes accountable for their actions.</p><p>Apprehending and bringing to justice those suspected of crimes is a matter for the police and courts.</p><p>Extradition requests from Rwanda for five people accused of involvement in the genocide were refused by the courts in July 2017. These individuals are currently under investigation.
