<p>Following the implementation of the new system used for the application and processing of asylum support in March 2018 we are aware that a minority of service users’ have experienced delays in the processing of their applications and payments.</p><p>We are working closely with our IT and commercial partners and other stakeholders to resolve these issues and to continue to ensure that no service users are left destitute.</p>
