answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/04/2019 answer text <p>The spending under the heading of ‘Heat’ relates to the FY 2018-19 capital budget (£137.5 million) for the Heat Network Investment Project (HNIP). This scheme will provide £320 million of capital funding (across the life of the programme) to gap fund heat network projects in England and Wales. The scheme is open to the public, private and third sectors.
