<p>We have already implemented a number of recommendations from the Taylor Review,
and as announced in the Queens’ Speech, we will be bringing forward an Employment
Rights Bill to deliver the greatest reform of workers’ rights in over 20 years.</p><p>This
legislation will make workplaces fairer, by providing better support for working families,
new protections for those in low-paid work and the gig economy, and by encouraging
flexible working.</p><p> </p><p>One of the core measures to the Bill is ensuring that
tips and service charges left for workers go to them in full, supporting fairness
for workers in the hospitality sector.</p><p> </p>
