<p>Companies House is constantly looking to improve the integrity of information that
is filed on the companies register. New systems have been introduced over the last
12 months to help ensure that inaccurate or fraudulent information is spotted. Their
integrity team has also expanded and there are currently around 80 staff working on
integrity issues.</p><p> </p><p>Following the evaluation of the UK’s anti-money laundering
regime by the Financial Action Task Force, the Government will actively consider areas
where the regulatory framework can be improved. This will include how assurance is
provided over information filed with Companies House.</p><p> </p>
