answer text <p>The Department for Work and Pensions provides the Department for Education with lists of households who may potentially be eligible for its free early years education entitlement for disadvantaged 2-year-olds.</p><p> </p><p>Households on Universal Credit Live Service and legacy benefits are currently included on these lists.
