The landlords for all the affected buildings are expected to take action to inform tenants and implement the interim measures set out in guidance sent by the department on 22 June. We will name the area for each building that has failed the test once they have informed local residents. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/07/2017 answer text <p>Our priority has been to identify and test buildings clad in Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) and which are either social or private rented housing, or public buildings meeting certain height thresholds. The Government Property Unit are overseeing checks on public sector buildings. The owner, Landlords, freeholders and/or managing agents are responsible for ensuring the safety of residents and occupants of their buildings. Our recent focus has been on co-sponsoring the Resolution at the Human Rights Council in March which established a Fact Finding Mission to assess human rights abuses, including those of sexual violence in Rakhine. We urge the Burmese authorities to cooperate with the Mission as agreed by the Human Rights Council. We stand ready to support the Mission in any way we can. We will also continue to raise issues of conflict-related sexual violence with the Burmese authorities bilaterally.</p><p>The Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my noble Friend, the Rt Hon. Baroness Anelay of St Johns, raised these issues with Burmese Ministers when she visited Burma in November 2016 in her capacity as the Prime Minister's Special Representative on Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict. The last substantive engagement was when the Minister for the Commonwealth and UN, my noble Friend, the Rt Hon. Baroness Anelay of St Johns visited Burma last November in her capacity as the Prime Minister's Special Representative for Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict. In that capacity she specifically raised the issue of sexual violence with the Burmese Minister of Defence, where she pressed him to handle allegations of sexual violence against women in a thorough and transparent manner. She also attended a workshop to address stigma related to sexual violence in conflict, co-hosted by the Embassy and Tearfund.</p><p>In addition to political lobbying, protecting and promoting women's rights is mainstreamed throughout our programme work. A large part of the Department for International Development programme in Burma supports the women, peace and security agenda. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has also funded, and continues to fund, organisations to help tackle sexual violence. As part of this we have translated the International Protocol on the Documentation and Investigation of Sexual Violence in Conflict into Burmese and promoted its use locally.</p><p>Human rights is central to our engagement with Burma, and we continue to press Burma to improve its human rights performance.
