<p>Data on Energy Performance Certificates required under Article 13 of the Energy
Performance of Buildings Directive to be displayed for buildings occupied by public

(Table DEC1). Energy Performance Certificate data for non-domestic buildings over
500m<sup>2 </sup>can be found at: <a href="https://epc.opendatacommunities.org/" target="_blank">https://epc.opendatacommunities.org/</a>.
However, the Government does not routinely hold or collect data to identify buildings
that are frequently visited by the public.</p><p>Compliance with Energy Performance
Certificate requirements is checked by trading standards' bodies. My Department has
sought information on the number of enforcement notices issued by trading standards'
bodies and will provide advice in due course.</p>
