answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2017 answer text <p>The Health and Safety Executive is part of a Cross Government Group including the Department for Communities and Local Government, which promotes a joined up approach across Government on carbon monoxide safety policy.</p><p>The Health and Safety Executive’s Approved Code of Practice (L56) sets out the minimum requirements for a gas safety check.
