answer text <p>The department does not have contracts with external companies to train staff who are delivering Universal Credit.</p><p> </p><p>Work Coaches and other staff delivering Universal Credit undergo comprehensive training designed to equip them with the tools, skills and behaviours required to provide a high quality service to all claimants.
