Responsibility for their oversight and effectiveness falls to the Welsh Government. The Home Office is committed to working with the Welsh Government on the <br>delivery of the CONTEST Strategy in Wales. The Home Office provides the secretariat for the Wales CONTEST Board and senior Home Office officials are members. A range of Home Office officials from relevant areas also regularly attend the All Wales Prevent Board.</p><p /> <p>The Welsh Government’s Director General for Local Government &amp; Communities, who chairs the Wales CONTEST Board, is also a standing member of the UK’s CONTEST Board. We refuse a visa to any individual we consider a threat to the national security of the United <br>Kingdom. The Home Secretary can exclude individuals who are a threat to the security of this country. The Home Secretary excludes foreign nationals who are a threat to the security of this country, and can deprive citizenship from dual nationals, or naturalised British citizens in certain circumstances. With the assistance of carriers who provide advance passenger information we operate no fly arrangements which prevent people who pose a terrorist threat from travelling to the United Kingdom, and have stopped the travel of a small number of people. On arrival at our ports and airports Border Force's operating mandate requires them to conduct checks on 100% of passengers and the police have the power to examine individuals at ports and the border to establish whether they appear to be involved in terrorism. Since then, the funding allocations for the Prevent programme were as follows: <br><br>FY 2011 / 12 - £36m<br>FY 2012 / 13 - £35m<br>FY 2013 / 14 - £39m<br>FY 2014 / 15 - £40m<br><br>In each of these years, £5.1m has been made available to local authorities on a grant basis to deliver Prevent work at local level. <br><br>The 2011 Prevent Strategy separated Prevent and integration work. As a result, the Department for Communities and Local Government leads the Government’s integration strategy. Integration work no longer receives funding from the Home Office. Each of the nine police <br>regions receives funding to support the Channel programme. In most areas, the local authority and other partners work effectively together to support people at risk of radicalisation and getting drawn into terrorism. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2014 answer text <p /> <p>Law enforcement agencies do not routinely record the professions of individuals who have had their communications data accessed under the Regulation of Investigators Powers Act 2000 (RIPA), as there is no operational reason to do so. Furthermore, at the time that communications data is requested, the police may not be aware of the professions of those individuals that the requested data will relate to.<br><br>Communications data can only be accessed under RIPA when it is necessary for one of the statutory purposes, for example for the prevention and detection of crime and proportionate to what is sought to be achieved. As well as having to be necessary and proportionate, there are additional safeguards provided by the statutory Acquisition of Communications Data Code of Practice 2007 and independent oversight provided by the independent Interception of Communications Commissioner.
