<p /> <p>The legal profession is independent of Government and is regulated by approved regulators for which the Legal Services Board (LSB) has oversight responsibility. Complaints about the professional misconduct of solicitors are a matter for the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). As such, I cannot comment on individual cases. I am informed that the SRA concluded its investigations in this matter in 2010 and subsequently published its findings.</p>
