answer text <p> </p><p>The commissioning of wheelchair services will remain within the remit of the National Health Service. NHS England and clinical commissioning groups are responsible for commissioning specialised and non-specialised wheelchair services respectively. It is the responsibility of these commissioning organisations to agree the criteria and standards for assessment with their wheelchair service providers. There are no plans to introduce national criteria and standards for assessments of wheelchair needs.</p><p> </p> more like this
