answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2017 answer text <p>We regularly raise the importance of ensuring unrestricted humanitarian access with the Government of Saudi Arabia. The Foreign Secretary discussed this issue most recently with Saudi Foreign Minister Al Jubeir on 5 September. We call upon all parties to the conflict to improve humanitarian access to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people. We have raised this with the Algerian government, who said that the arrests relate to breaches of laws which apply to all religions in Algeria. The Algerian constitution provides freedom of religion and we encourage them to make domestic law fully compatible with that.
