<p>The Charging Infrastructure Investment Fund is a crucial step in accelerating the roll out of chargepoints and ensuring electric vehicle drivers have access to the right infrastructure. In February 2019, the Government entered into exclusive negotiations with a preferred bidder. We are in the final stages of negotiations and the fund is expected to begin investing shortly.</p>
