answer text
The Home Office currently has a form of Holiday Pay allowance built into the pay system. The Home Office is aware of the Employment Appeal Tribunal referred to in the Question, and the implications for our approach to pay. The Department has signalled to the Trades Unions in Summer 2019 that it intends to open negotiations on this subject later in 2019. Decisions on back pay will be taken as part of the negotiations process.
more like this

answer text
Members of staff apply for universal credit in a personal capacity and there are a number of different factors which determine whether or not an individual is eligible. It is not appropriate for the Department to seek this information from its staff and therefore it is not possible for the Secretary of State for Home Office to make an estimate of numbers, or a statement.
more like this

answer text
The Government Equalities Office (GEO) do not hold the relevant information to be able to estimate the number and proportion of its staff in receipt of universal credit. Universal credit is dependent on an individual’s circumstances, including their housing arrangement, caring responsibilities and dependent children. This information is not held by GEO.
more like this
