<p>In the Spring Budget of 2017, the Government committed £5 million to support people returning to work after time out for caring. We have announced programmes for returning allied health professionals, social workers and those that want to join the Civil Service. We are gathering evidence on what works in the private sector and in Spring will publish best practice guidance for large and small employers.</p>
