answer text <p>Electronic counting is used in only a small number of polls. However, in considering<br>whether to extend the use of electronic counting, we would need to take into account the<br>cost, accuracy and integrity of adopting it more widely. In previous polls electronic counting<br>has been more expensive and has not been as quick as expected in some circumstances</p><p>We therefore currently have no plans to further its use.</p> more like this
