answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/04/2014 answer text <p>The offences of using a TV receiver without a valid licence and of failure to hold a valid vehicle excise duty licence (tax disc) are not punishable by imprisonment, so offenders cannot be sentenced to custody for these offences. Failing to pay council tax is not a criminal offence. The tables below contain details of all establishments that have received officers on detached duty and the average weekly provision of staff deployed on detached duty each month.</p><p> </p><p>The deployment of prison officers between prisons on detached duty is a regular and normal part of prison resourcing. Deployment outside of the nationally co-ordinated scheme which began in October is not recorded centrally.
