This is why there has been a year on year increase in the amount of financial penalties collected over the last three years.</p><p> </p><p>The table below shows the proportion of the value of financial impositions (made between April 2013 to March 2014) that had been collected, cancelled or remained outstanding as at 31<sup>st</sup> March 2014.
