<p>Since agreement of the EU2030 climate and energy package, my Right Honourable Friend and I have had many discussions with EU counterparts on implementing the EU’s GHG target, including at the Environment Councils in October and December, and at the COP20 in Lima in December. My Right Honourable Friend met with Commissioner Arias Canete yesterday and discussed a wide range of climate change issues.</p><p> </p>
