<p>Network Rail purchase ninety-seven percent of their steel from Scunthorpe. Both Highways England and High Speed Two Ltd procure steel through their respective supply chains. Raw materials for non-infrastructure purchases e.g. Rolling Stock are purchased by the prime contractor.</p><p> </p>
