Funding for the railway in Scotland is devolved to the Scottish Government, who have responsibility for setting funding and outputs. The Office of Rail and Road’s final determination includes Network Rail’s outputs and funding for 2014-2019 (CP5) for both England and Wales and Scotland.<a href="https://orr.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0011/452/pr13-final-determination.pdf" target="_blank">https://orr.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0011/452/pr13-final-determination.pdf</a> Network Rail does not operate in Northern Ireland.
